Olivia Stefanino - Attracting more clients - Liverpool 21st Nov 2010

Hi Steve

Olivia really gave a thought provoking insight into business building. I consider it a truly 'no holds barred' session of pure motivation, inspiration and professional expertise, from a lady hell bent on delivering and achieving success.  A brilliant event.  Many thanks for the privilege of attending.

Thank you so much for such an enjoyable evening.  It was great to meet like minded people who were so friendly and welcoming.  I really enjoyed the speaker, Olivia, she gave me lots of aha moments to ponder, and I am really grateful for her caring and sharing attitude.

many thanks

Hi Steve,

I had a great night at the coaching circle.  Even if I decide not to pursue coaching as a career I'll still be maintaining an interest and coming along to future events when I'm able to.  I like the Wellbeing Centre as a venue, and the tea making facilities are much appreciated.  Some people travel a long distance or come straight from work so a brew is a welcome additional feature to the evening.  I enjoyed Olivia's presentation, and she's a great role model for learning self-confidence and focussed determination.  It's great to see the NW Coaching Circle up and running again.  Thanks for all you efforts.

Transactional Analysis as a Coaching Model

Great session last night on TA, especially as it was my first 'meet' with the NWCC.Thanks to yourself for the organisation and to Brenda who I thought was a very good communicator!
See you soon, probably January..Sandi Teale
Thank you Brenda for an informative talk on T.A. I realised that I had read about T.A. a mere 20 years ago, re ego states etc(!) .The the reinforcement of them last night was informative and a good set of 'tools' to be used in future work. I will stay in my adult state for a while whilst attending to business and then have a natter to friends(which will involve some ego states but mainly the 'free child' and adult' :-)

Many thanks
Sandi Teale
Hello Steve, I really enjoyed the T.A. meeting last night.  Although it was my first attendance,I felt comfortable and welcomed by all to join in with the session.  Brenda was very good and I felt I learned a little more about T.A.  Look forward to the next meeting.  Louise

Thankyou so very much for organising last night's session.  For someone like me, who did TA within her coach training three years ago, it was an admirably succinct catch-up on the theory.  But - perhaps even more important - our discussions sparkled, adding tremendous value.   As did the laughter.   So, as the NWCC proves, learning can be fun!  Can't wait for the next meeting.
